No Time to Feel Hopeless w/Charlie King ZOOM CONCERT

June 2 @ 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

$10 – $20

My old friend and activist, Charlie King, invited me to join him for one of his Zoomed Concerts.  We’ve even worked out numbers we can sing “together”!

Charlie King is a musical storyteller and political satirist. He has been at the heart of American folk music for over half a century. Pete Seeger hailed him as “One of the finest singers and songwriters of our time.” He is the 2018 recipient of the Phil Ochs Award, for his music and activism in the spirit of Phil Ochs. His songs have been recorded and sung by Pete & Peggy Seeger, Holly Near, Ronnie Gilbert, John McCutcheon, Arlo Guthrie, and Chad Mitchell.

Folk legend Peggy Seeger says, “If we had more Charlie Kings in the world, I’d be less worried,” and Tom Paxton adds, “Luckily, we have him!”

Ticket buyers will be sent a Zoom link 24 hours before the concert and again right before the show. This concert will be recorded, so ticket buyers who are unable to attend live can view it after the fact! Email Grace ([email protected]) with questions.
