Howie’s 34th Annual Food Bank Benefit, Vanilla Bean Café

Howie and I will be performing along with several other fine New England musicians (Cate Clifford, Benedict Gagliardi and Flannery Brown). Every dollar buys $6 or more of food! Feel free to send donations to the Access Agency: Food Bank (ACCESS COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY, 1315 MAIN STREET WILLIMANTIC, CT 06226) even if you can't make it to the concert. Suggested donation of $25 at the door or at the Vanilla Bean.

Hartford Community Contradance with First Time String Band

The First Time String Band will play for this month's Hartford Community Dance. The caller will be Don Veino. The band this month will be Howie Bursen on banjo, Deck Naiforth on spoons and harmonica, Dan Lanier on fiddle and Sally Rogers on rhythm guitar. All dances are taught. No experience necessary! And what fun you'll have!
